Carbon Filled PEEK
JUTAIPEEK®CF30 is a type of Polymeric Profiles made from 30% of short-cut Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polyetherether Ketone (PEEK). The raw material of JUTAIPEEK®CF30V is British Victrex (Victrex PEEK Polymer 450CA30), The raw materials of JUTAIPEEK®CF30G are domestic raw materials. Compared to PEEK reinforced by GF30, the HDT increases obviously, and it has better wear-resistance. In addition, it is electrical and heat conducting.

This type of products can be applied in the operating condition that is need to bear larger mechanical stress and wear rate in higher temperature, such as semiconductor production process, precision bearing, tubes and components in chemical equipment.

Instructions for Use
Machined by Lathes or Milling Machine.
Remove surface heat-treatment aged layers and the thickness of removal layer is 0.5-1mm.
Product Storage Instructions
Placed away from light, avoiding humid, and away from oily substance.
Packed with polymeric film when not use.
