PPS
JUTAIPPS®GF40 is a 40% short-cut glass fiber reinforced Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) profile. It has excellent heat resistance, insulation properties and flame retardancy. Compared with natural Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) , this product has a great improve on heat deflection temperature. It also has better strength and modulus, better wear resistance and smaller thermal expansion coefficient.
The product can be used in high temperature environments with high stress, such as mechanical load-bearing components, sealed bearing frame, automotive chassis, etc .
Product Features
JUTAIPPS®GF40 glass fibre reinforced PPS profiles:
● High tensile strength, the strength is above 80MPa;
● High flexural strength, the strength is above 135MPa;
● Excellent thermomechanical load-carrying capacity, and heat deformation temperature was greater than 230℃;
● Excellent flame retardant performance and arc resistance;
● Excellent dielectric and insulation;
● Excellent dimensional stability, low thermal expansion coefficient;
● High heat resistance, can be used at 200℃-220℃ in long-term.

Instructions for Use
PCD coating milling tool is recommended for machining.
PCD coating drill bit is recommended. Start with small hole during machining and subsequently expand the hole.
Keep the cutting fluid fully cooled during machining to prevent burning material from sticking to the knife.
Water-soluble cutting fluid is recommended.
Product Storage Instructions
Placed away from light, humidity and oily substance.
Packed with polymeric film when not in use.
