Bearing Grade PEEK
JUTAIPEEK®WR02 is a wear-resistant modified polyether ether ketone profile. WR stands for Wear resistance. WR02 is a PEEK product modified with 20% Teflon. Among them, Teflon is specially customized, which can achieve low lubrication coefficient and high anti-wear rate in the uniform dispersion of polyether ether ketone resin. The product has high abrasion resistance and also has the characteristics of not rubbing off powder. Suitable for electronic appliances, mechanical parts and other fields.

Instructions for Use

Machined by Lathes or Milling Machine. 

Remove surface heat-treatment aged layers and the thickness of removal layer is 0.5-1mm.

Product Storage Instructions
Placed away from light, avoiding humid, and away from oily substance. 
Packed with polymeric film when not use.

Notes: Frictional coefficient and wear rate were tested according to ASTM D3702, that is using thrust washer testing machine. Rubbing pair is PEEK sample thrust washer and 45# steel washer, and the contact area is 1.29cm2, and the inner diameter of the PEEK sample is 25mm. The applied load is 0.35MPa and the rubbing velocity is 2m/s.
