ESD PEEK
JUTAIPEEK®ESD6-B is a type of Polymeric Profiles made from electrostatic-dissipative Polyetherether Ketone (PEEK). It is a kind of polymeric materials with outstanding mechanical properties, heat-resistance, resistance to chemicals, wear resistance and antistatic property.
This type of products can be applied as auxiliary material in semiconductor products production, components and parts of semiconductor products, and industrial explosion-proof. It mainly is used in handling high-sensitivity components and can remarkably minimize the failure of the electronics components.

Instructions for Use
Machined by Lathes or Milling Machine.
Remove surface heat-treatment aged layers and the thickness of removal layer is 0.5-2mm.
Product Storage Instructions
Placed away from light, avoiding humid, and away from oily substance.
Packed with polymeric film when not use.

Antistatic property is characterized by surface resistivity and the test methods are according to IEC61312-3-2, ANSI/S.T.M11.11, and IEC61340-2-3. The preferred method is from IEC61340-2-3 and the testing electrode is Concentric Ring Electrode.
